Vayren Systems: Infrastructure Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service Vayren Systems provides private AI hardware, configuration, and in-person installation services within the Greater Toronto Area. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or any AI model provider.

2. Ownership and Licensing

• Hardware: Upon full payment, the physical machine is your property.

• Intelligence: You own the outputs generated by your local machine.

• Software: Local models are provided under their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Hardware Requirements: You are responsible for providing the necessary peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse) and a stable power source.

• API Usage: Associate model users are responsible for all costs and compliance requirements associated with their chosen third-party API providers.

4. Installation & Deployment We provide white-glove installation at your specified GTA location. System readiness is typically achieved within 7 to 14 days of reservation, depending on the model selected.

5. Limitation of Liability Vayren provides a hardened infrastructure layer. However, security is a shared responsibility. Vayren is not liable for data breaches resulting from poor physical security, password hygiene, or unauthorized network modifications made after deployment.

6. Support & Maintenance Included remote support periods vary by model (Associate: 1 month; Partner: 3 months; Managing Partner: 6 months). Extended maintenance is available as a separate service agreement.
