Vayren: Data Containment Standards

At Vayren, we believe that your data is your property. Our business is built on the architectural containment of intelligence.

1. Data Collection & Storage

• Local Operation: For Partner and Managing Partner models, your AI interactions and indexed documents are stored locally on your physical hardware. Vayren does not have remote access to your local database or query history.

• Associate Model: This model relays data to third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) using your personal API credentials. In this configuration, your data is subject to the privacy policies of those respective providers.

2. System Intake & Calibration During the "Neural Mapping" phase, you may voluntarily provide sample documents or correspondence to calibrate your agent's tone. This data is used exclusively for the one-time configuration of your machine and is purged from our systems immediately following successful deployment.

3. Remote Support If you request remote support, access is established through a secure, encrypted tunnel. We do not maintain persistent backdoors to your hardware.
